Mechanical and Electrical design for installation of new chilled water system with one Multistack Turbocore chiller with a capacity of 320 tons of cooling, forced-draft cooling tower, pumps, piping, and cooling coils. Implementation of code required “Refrigeration Machinery Room Upgrade” including: ventilation system, refrigerant alarm system, emergency shutdown controls, refrigerant emergency release venting, and exiting requirements.
