Chilled Water systems may be used in building, campus, or data center air conditioning systems whereby water is cooled and circulated throughout a facility for processing through air handler heat exchangers for cooling. Industrial applications of chilled water systems include such applications as fossil power plant turbine cooling to decrease harmful emissions and increase turbine efficiency. In HVAC systems chilled water is typically used in larger applications which require flexibility in system capabilities to accommodate varying cooling loads at different times.
